Leveraging On-Site Podcasting at Staffing Events with Robert Mocerino of White Oak Commercial Finance

The purpose of a staffing event is to bring together professionals from various industries to network and find resources that can help their businesses grow. During these events, there are always plenty of speakers giving presentations and discussing topics related to their industry. But what if that information could be presented in a way that was even more engaging? That’s where leveraging on-site podcasting comes into play.

Like a Soapbox & Megaphone

On-site podcasting is a great way to capture audio from your event speakers, attendees, and sponsors in an engaging manner. Not only does it provide your listeners with valuable information but it also allows them to listen in their own time—whether they’re commuting or taking a break from work.

Having a podcast episode available after your event allows attendees who couldn’t make it access event chatter, highlights, and name drops in the great information being presented.

Offer potential future members insight into what kind of value they can get from attending future events.

Robert shared his insights with me during our conversation and provided some tips on how New Jersey and New York Staffing Alliance members can leverage on-site podcasting at their events

Leveraging on-site podcasting at staffing events is an excellent way to capture audio content and build instant relationships.

Any org/association/alliance can then use this valuable information in post-event social media, newsletters, marketing materials, websites, and even future events.
